Experience and Qualifications

Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
- Qualifications: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA
- Certifications: Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is an added plus.

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead QA to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations. As a Salesforce Lead QA, you will lead a QA team, design and execute test strategies, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibility
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
In depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end functional and automation testing.
Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.
Lead and mentor the team by supporting, providing guidance and coaching.
Experience and Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
Proven experience in manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and Salesforce test automation frameworks.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
